i'm back!
hello everyone block tests are over and done with and i am back blogging!
wasn't really extremely studiously preparing for block test during the whole june holidays...so didn't expect any fabulous results to be produced :p...
hey i just realised that it can be such a thrill when you sit in the examination hall and feel unprepared. it is like placing bets on soccer matches and banking your hopes that the topics you only studied and speculated would be tested...and minimum for those that you didn't even read ha!
anyway i just came back from eating in town with my classmates (i was the only male as usual because junjie and shaohsien didn't want to go) and saw something really funny.
we were eating at food republic near the glass panel and looking at some interesting stuffs happening across the road. LOL. we crowded around the glass panel and looked on as though it was a soccer match HAHA.
anyway there was these two traffic police standing beside the road catching people who jaywalk. and there was this auntie dressed in bright red who went to jaywalk right under the traffic policemen nose and then tried to fend them off like a actress shooing off paparazzi. LOL.
i can imagine her singing "come and catch me if you can" while jaywalking across the road. it was super dumb. it is like committing a murder crime right in front of a police-post. LOL.
i walked out from the lift and the first thing i smelt was durian.
turned out that my whole family was eating durian.
my dad loves durians.
my mom loves durians.
my sister loves durians.
i abhor (learnt this new word from GP compre BT haha!) durians!
i don't understand what is so nice about durians. they are dry and stinky and i don't think it is deserved to be called a fruit. most fruits are juicy right? but durians aren't. why isn't there DURIAN JUICE? i love juicy fruits like watermelon so i basically abhor durian (ok yeah it is THAT word again LOL).
was bathing in the toilet just now when i saw a beetle on the floor. thought it was get drowned as i bath...however i went in again just now and saw that it had actually crawled from one corner of the toilet to another...
so can beetles swim?
oh and i was thinking about setting up a "YICHUN EDUCATION CONSULT SERVICES PTE LTD" company in the future.
haha got the inpiration from my friends who called and asked me questions during the block test period but i don't know how to answer most of them and all of us feel helpless LOL so sorry!
anyway the idea was to create a hotline where students can call to ask questions if they have any academic problems. i would probably hire many professional teachers in this field...and charge 30 cents per minute for the calls (yeah like those "friendly" chatlines).
it would most probably go like this...
"hello! welcome to YICHUN EDUCATION CONSULT SERVICES PTE LTD!
for primary school students press 1
for secondary school students press 2
for junior college students press 3
...
...
...
for english press 1
for chinese press 2
for chemistry press 3
...
...
..."
and then it would link you to your "destination" where you would have a teacher to solve you problems.
ha! who will call!!!
okay, as you can see, this entry is basically meaningless. in conclusion, it is just written to commemorate the end of block test for me.

finally!
yeah! rejoice! i finally put up this new layout i did for my blog. kinda hesitant about putting this up because i realised that picture up there is flooded with too many pictures of ME, MYSELF and I, which was kind of embarrasing. but still i have promised you readers about the new blog layout since eons ago, so i eventually decided to put it up lah so that my efforts are not wasted.
oh yea more than half of the holidays have gone and that is kinda bad, because it signals that block test is drawing ever closer and closer.
last week i went to orchard area four times which is more than the number of times i actually went there during my four years in rv.
in addition i have not been to lido and cineleisure till this year. i am such a mountain tortoise, but thanks to my classmate i get to know MORE ABOUT SINGAPORE now (oh, realised i sounded like a tourist lol).
went there to eat with mingming jupiter and yuani at pepper lunch. didn't know that they serve raw food there and we were supposed to cook the food ourselves. anyway kudos to the great invention - the electromagnetic heater. that was the first time i used it and i thought it was an awesome invention. the ACTUAL food does not reflect the amount that we have to pay though. think we are paying the inventor of that heater instead :P.
had cip and was supposed to sell these windmills for charity. managed to sell 7 after asking around for a full 4 hours. got rejected by almost a million people ha. except for this student who came forward volunteeringly and inserted 10 bucks into the container but did not want the flag. haha and there is another auntie who gave me two bucks and asked me to go and buy a drink for myself. but i felt guilty and put it into the money can also haha.
it is getting late. think i should stop ranting here.

sleeping.
i kept sleeping nowadays, especially whenever i start to study physics and attempt to do physics tys.
